Few years ago the bullet journal did his apparition in our life... I tried, and I tried. But I quickly understoud it was too complex for me: The trackers, the to do list, the daily goals, month goals... STOP

It was not for me but definitely for my friends. I remember one of them was writing down every single day 3 good things happened to her during this one. It was just about positivity and a little bit about mindfulness. 
I loved it!

Since, I doing the same. I have notebooks full of good memories. I was happy to read them sometimes but them I was wondering what I could do with them...
So now, when I have time I am drawing one of those memories.
